Mixology Welcome Drink

From our signature welcome refresher Jade to our to our signature cocktails at Cueva Siete named after the iconic Mexican duo, Diego & Frida, there is a beverage for any occasion.

Jade, Our Welcome Drink

Jade, Wlecome Drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ounce of cucumber Mint and ginger syrup
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • 4 ounces  of mineral water

SYRUP INGREDIENTS:

To prepare one liter

  • 500 grams of cucumber
  • 50 grams of mint leaves
  • 25 grams of ginger
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) of vodka

PREPARATION:

  • Pour the syrup into tumbler glass with ice.
  • Add the mineral water and stir.
  • Garnish with slice of cucumber, slice of lime and pineapple leaves.

SYRUP RECIPE:

  • Cut the cucumbers in half and remove the seeds
  • Put the cucumber, ginger and mint in the juice processor to extract all the juice, add the sugar and mix.                    
  • Add 30 milliliters of vodka per liter of syrup

Diego Drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ oz Don Julio reposado tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz handmande guava syrup  
  • Guava leaf Salt

PREPARATION:

  • Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and serve in an old fashion glass frosted with guava salt with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.

Frida

Frida Drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½  oz mezcal espadin
  • 1 oz ancho reyes liquor
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz handmade hibiscus syrup  
  • Hibiscus and Pink peppercorn salt

PREPARATION:

  • Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Serve in old fashion glass frosted with hibiscus and pink peppercorn salt with fresh ice
  • Garnish sun dried pepper.

2087 Drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 of Vodka
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. handmade hibiscus syrup - Ginger ale

PREPARATION:

  • Pour vodka, lime juice and hibiscus syrup in the shaker.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  • Serve in tumbler glass and add more ice.
  • Fill with ginger ale.
  • Stir briefly and garnish with lime slice.
