From June 25 to July 4, experience the first ever multi-day wellness event, Aura Wellness, or take your senses on a journey July 10 through August 20 at the fifth annual Superbia Summer experience.

Aura Wellness will exhibit a one-of-a-kind- wellness event surrounding five key components: wellness, nutrition, mental health, beauty, and physical fitness. During this time, guests are provided with the opportunity to take part in the hotel’s immersive programming,and immerse their body, mind and soul in enriching wellness practices.

The Aura Wellness programming will consist of daily activities, ranging from fitness classes to healthy cooking recipes all while incorporating the culture of the region with participatory modernized Mayan practices.

Some classes will be led by international stars of the health and wellness community. The classes will include activities such as Power Breakfasts led by certified nutritionists, HIIT workouts by well-renowned personal trainers and event specialized meditation led by wellness coaches.

Later in July Superbia Summer will reach new heights and showcase stars from all over the world.. Six weeks of rotating Michelin starred chefs, mixology takeovers featuring bartenders from the World’s 50 Best Bars, and highlighting different regions of Mexico presents a unique multi-sensory vacation experience.

Not only does Superbia Summer take over all your senses but there will also be exclusive pool parties, daily activities and more.

Hotel guests with existing bookings during the event time frame can add the Aura Wellness package to their reservation at check-in for an additional cost.
