- 1Green Apple
- 2 Green Tomatoes
- 2 oz. unflower Seeds
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Seaweed
- ¼ cup Coriander
1. Start by cutting the apple, green tomato, cucumber and avocado into strips.
2. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables, seaweed, and honey with the sunflower seeds.
3. Season with olive oil, lime juice, and salt.
4. Finish the salad by garnishing with fresh cilantro leaves.
5. Plate and enjoy!
