At UNICO 20˚87˚ Hotel Riviera Maya, we love a good handcrafted cocktail and like to shake things up with unique flavor pairings. Our newest cocktail bar concept, Gin Time, carefully blends the subtlety of gin with the aromatic flavors of tea to create an exceptional craft cocktail. 

When visiting Gin Time, be sure to try out the “The Spirit of Jade” which is our beloved welcome drink “Jade” with a twist. This cocktail mixes up gin, infusion of mint tea and ginger, tonic water and fresh cucumber, garnished with a lemon peel and fresh mint.

THE SPIRIT OF JADE

1 ½ ounces of gin

3 ounces of mint tea infused with ginger

Top off with tonic water

Garnish with a slice of cucumber, ginger and mint
