As we move forward and begin to welcome our guests and team members back to our hotels and restaurants, the journey will be further tailored with precautionary hygiene protocols directed by the local health organizations and government authorities. Here you will find the steps we've taken to ensure a S.A.F.E. and seamless hotel experience for guests and team members alike.

We are taking every measure to provide you with a S.A.F.E. experience with our enhanced cleanliness and sanitation plan:
-Please fill out this mandatory HEALTH STATEMENT. It will be requested at Check-In.
-Bellboy will welcome you wearing face masks and ready to provide hand sanitizer
-Luggage items will be disinfected upon guest arrival by the bellboys.
-Guest temperatures will be checked upon arrival via a thermal camera.
-This area will be clearly marked for appropriate physical distancing.
-All room keys will be disinfected prior to providing these to guests.
-Extremely strict sanitizing protocols are used to clean guest rooms.
-Full sanitization of guest rooms after each departure.
-Masks and gloves provided to housekeeping and maintenance teams.
-Room service will be packaged accordingly and delivered directly to the door with no contact.
-We have increased the frequency of deep-cleaning and disinfecting all common and public spaces.
-Esencia Wellness Spa, Fitness Center and Beauty Salon access will be limited and must be scheduled in advance.
-Dedicated measures for high-contact surfaces such as front desk, check-in counters, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys and locks, ATMs, handrails, tables, gym equipment, dining surfaces seating areas, pool and beach chairs and more.
-Following local government mandate, the use of facial coverings/face masks is required for hotel guests in all public areas except when actively eating, drinking, smoking, swimming, or seated in a chair or at a table. Designated areas include common spaces such as the hotel lobby, retail stores, elevators, waiting/check-in areas of common facilities (like spa, salon), or when walking around the restaurants, bars, pool decks and beach.
POOL & BEACH AREA
-Pool activities will be temporarily suspended.
-Pool and beach chairs will be cleaned between every use, and spaced out to ensure appropriate physical distancing.
-Pool chlorine levels will be safely elevated within a permitted range.
- Swim-up bars will not be operating for the time being. Drink and food service will be available poolside and beachside through our servers.
-Buffets will be eliminated from restaurants and replaced with a-la-carte dining.
-Restaurant menus are available through the hotel’s app. Physical menus are available upon request and are carefully disinfected between every use.
-Teppanyaki service will be available for up to 6 guests per table.
-2087 Restaurant is now open for dinner time from 6pm - 11pm
-Mi Carisa open for a-la-carte breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am daily
MEETINGS & EVENTS
-Standard measurements in meeting and event layouts have been redesigned to ensure necessary physical distance between attendees.
-Self-serve buffet offerings will be eliminated from meetings and replaced with French or plated food service.
Yoga, pilates, and spinning will be available
Music will be playing by the pool with a live DJ at least twice a week.
While some activities such as cooking classes and Wine & Art classes are not available, mixology classes, hat painting, movie night, Loteria and Bingo activities will be scheduled. Please check the hotel’s app for more information.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
