General Law For Tobacco Control in Mexico

Pursuant to the official decree amending the General Law for Tobacco Control in Mexico, which became effective on January 15, UNICO 20º87º Hotel Riviera Maya is implementing updated policies to ensure full legal compliance and to protect the health and well-being of all guests, employees, and associates.

Effective immediately, all public areas of the hotel property, indoor and outdoor, are designated as 100% smoke-free environments. This policy strictly prohibits the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers (vapes), and any other tobacco or nicotine products in these zones.

To accommodate our guests, the hotel has established specially marked and designated smoking areas. These are the only locations on the property where such products are permitted.
