3. Send us your claim before your cancellation window ends (see your confirmation email).
4. If approved, we will match the eligible rate and update your reservation accordingly.

What must match to qualify
To be considered, the lower rate must be:
• For the same hotel, same stay dates, and same room type
• Publicly available, bookable online, and offered in the same currency
• Inclusive of the total price (rate + taxes + mandatory fees)

If the competing rate has conditions (for example, advance purchase or full prepayment), your updated reservation must follow those same conditions.

Important timing note
