Chef Begoña ended up in the world of cooking almost out of necessity. “I didn’t choose to be a chef. Life chose it for me,” she points out. After discovering places such as Mozambique, Thailand, United States and London, her menu started to take on its very unique fusion of flavors. Yet never losing sight of her Valencian roots. Chef Begoña experiments with truly local products to give them a global concept.
